College of Economics and Management has three departments: Department of Management Science and Engineering; Department of Industrial and Business Management and Department of Economics and Trade. Under the college there are four laboratories specializing in computational accounting, network technology, man-machine and management information system and one multi-media laboratory. There are also several research centers and committees such as Industrial Engineering Center, Market Counselling and Planning Center, Marketing Center under China's Marketing Society, Management Science Committee under Jiangsu Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Jiangsu System Engineering Committee. The total number of students in the college reaches 1000.

Programs for Bachelor Degree
1. Information Management and Information System: It tries to train advanced professional talents with combined knowledge of both computer techniques and management science.
2. Industrial Engineering: It aims at training advanced professional talents who will have a good knowledge, quality and ability of modern industrial engineering and systematic management and who will do planning, evaluation and creative work in production, business, service and management.
3. Marketing: It tries to train advanced professional talents of marketing.
4. Business Management: It tries to train professional talents with combined knowledge of management.
5. International Economics and Trade: It aims at training advanced professional talents who will have a good knowledge of international trade rules and regulations and have a good command of the basic techniques and skills in foreign trade.
